A drink driver has been disqualified after being caught with nearly four times the legal alcohol limit on his breath.
Danial Bizu, 31, of Mills Terrace, Chatham, was sentenced at Medway Magistrates Court for drink driving.
It was said Bizu drove a VW Golf on Maidstone Road, Chatham, on April 10, when over the legal drink-drive limit.
When tested, the level of alcohol in his breath was 128 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit is 35.
Bizu pleaded guilty, and was sentenced to 120 days in prison, suspended for 12 months.
He was also was disqualified from driving for three years, which will be reduced by nine months if he completes an approved driving course.
