A VAN driver was taken to hospital after his vehicle overturned on the A26 this afternoon.

It is believed his van collided with another one at the Stanford Lane junction on the stretch of road between Hadlow and Mereworth at around 1.20pm.

The man, who has not been named, was taken to Maidstone Hospital where he was treated for arm and head injuries.
