The Duke of Kent Prince Edward is the Queen's cousin through their fathers, Prince George, Duke of Kent, and King George VI.
He has held the title of Duke of Kent since the age of six, after the death of his father in a plane crash in 1942.
The pandemic has also stopped the public element to the funeral with the Royal Family asking people not to gather at the castles or other royal residences.
The Queen and her family will be required to wear face masks, and must socially distance from one another if they are not part of the same household, according to current guidelines.
Among those not on the guest list are Prime Minister Boris Johnson and the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle.
Mr Johnson gave up his spot to allow more family members to attend in light of the current restrictions while the Duchess is currently pregnant with her second child so can not travel from America.
