Ebbsfleet players celebrate the second goal against Chelmsford
By Andrew Gidley
Ebbsfleet manager Liam Daish said he has no fears about facing Farnborough in the Blue Square Bet South play-off final next weekend.
The Fleet will travel to Farnborough, who beat Woking after extra-time in their second leg on Sunday.
A delighted Daish, who saw his team complete a 6-2 aggregate win over Chelmsford, said: "We thoroughly deserved it and there has been no luck about it.
"The lads are buzzing, we've got a great away record and I really don't mind where we are playing in the final.
"I thought the first goal was superb. The movement of Ricky Shakes off Calum's flick as the ball came in, and Westy getting to the near post, was excellent.
"The second goal was great and Michael has now scored four goals in play-offs and hopefully he has got a few more left in the locker."
Daish, pictured, was also delighted with the performance of man-of-the-match Giannoulis Fakinos, who replaced the suspended Ashley Carew in the Fleet midfield.
The Fleet boss added: "He is no Ashley Carew but has got something different and other talents that gave Chelmsford plenty of problems.
"He is a great lad, has a great football brain and great technique."
