A national strike in Belgium will see some Eurostar services cancelled until 10pm tonight.

Train bosses are predicting 'major disruption across the Belgian rail network' - with no services running to and from Brussels until this evening.

Instead, Eurostar services to and from the Belgian capital will start and end at Lille Europe station.

Passengers with tickets during the affected times are being told to exchange them. They will also be able to claim refunds free of charge.

Customers wishing to re-book their travel should contact their original point of sale, or Eurostar on 08432 186 186.

Meanwhile, for anyone wanting to travel to Lille or beyond today, a revised timetable is in operation between London and Lille.
