An ex-PCSO accused of attempting to rape a Whitstable girl has told how the pair flirted with each other.
Michael Brock, 25, claimed the two engaged in consensual sex play in a bank car park after meeting in Whitstable wine bar Decko 5.
But after pulling down her trousers and knickers, he told the jury at Canterbury Crown Court she suddenly shouted: "What the hell are you doing?"
Brock, of Cornwallis Circle, Canterbury, has pleaded not guilty to attempted rape and indecent assault.
He claimed he had met the girl who later held his hand, kissed him and then accepted an invitation to go to his home.
While giving his evidence, the jury passed a note to the judge with two questions asking why Brock had engaged in a relationship when he already had a partner and a child - and why he did not "just say no".
Brock told the jury: "I wasn’t being faithful and I am ashamed of that. I just went with it and I can't defend that. I had been drinking and having such a good time."
Brock - a former special police constable and police community support officer - told how he had met the girl, who was drinking with friends in Whitstable.
He said: "We left the Decko bar and went right onto the High Street. We had linked arms and we had been flirting."
He said they had left to go to the Wall Tavern after losing one of his bank cards – but the owner said it had not been found.
"After that we were wandering down the road and I said: 'Do you want to come back to my place?' She said: 'Yes'. We then started kissing. She then put her hand down my trousers.
"I then put my hand down her trousers. It was quite passionate."
Brock claimed the two then moved without a word into the NatWest car park to continue their sex play.
It was then the girl reacted and began "flailing" with her arms and hitting him in the chest, he said.

Brock then left the witness box and re-enacted the incident in front of the jury, showing how he had removed her clothes – before being knocked backwards onto the floor.
He said he then pushed the girl three times in his panic – and as they both got up he pushed her again.
"She was standing in front of me. I have got to get out of the car park so I pushed her out of the way. I just used enough force to get her off me.
"I was now confused and panicked about what was going on because she had initiated the consensual sexual activity. I then walked away from the car park."
Brock said as he was leaving, the half-naked girl "sprinted" past him – and he later found he had accidentally picked up someone else's mobile phone.
He said that as he walked along Waterloo Road and into Saltmarsh Lane to return the phone, he saw a group of people shouting: "He's a rapist" and "He's raped her" and he was grabbed by two men and held until police arrived.
The jury is expected to retire to consider its verdicts tomorrow.
