The year has started really well in the property market and no more so than at Iwade Meadows, near Sittingbourne, where Hillreed Homes is selling one house a week.
“We have built several developments in the last few years in Iwade and we have always had a very good response,” said Jo Richards, head of sales and marketing.
“The location is excellent being close to a superb road network and good train links. In addition, the village itself offers facilities for local needs and has established an excellent community spirit.”
The Help to Buy scheme has rapidly increased the number of sales at Hillreed Homes’ developments throughout the South East enabling buyers to proceed with a deposit of just 5%. The scheme accounts for 50% of the sales at Iwade Meadows.
Fourteen homes have already been sold on the developments second phase but still available is a diverse range of properties including, two-bedroom properties starting at £180,950, a four-bedroom house at £284,950 and a five-bedroom detached property at £349,950.
The sales office is open seven days a week 10am to 5pm.
