Bulmers Cider Kent League Hythe Town will host Blue Square South highflyers Woking in the FA Cup second qualifying round on Saturday, September 26.
Hythe, who saw off Faversham in the first qualifying round on Saturday, have a hard task as Woking play three divisions above them.
Whitstable, who pulled off a giantkilling by knocking out Carshalton, are rewarded with a trip to either Aylesbury United or Potters Bar.
Dover have a home tie against either Guildford City or East Preston, who play at step 5 and 6 respectively, while Bromley entertain Flackwell Heath. Welling also have home advantage against East Thurrock.
Sittingbourne's reward for knocking out Folkestone is a home tie with Staines, Maidstone travel to Harefield United and Dartford make the trip to Worthing.
There is the potential of an all-Kent tie between Chatham and Deal if both clubs can win their midweek replays while Tonbridge entertain Horsham YMCA.
The winners of each tie will net £4,500 in prize money.
