POLICE in Thanet have released an electronic likeness of a man who indecently exposed himself to two girls in the St Peter’s area of Broadstairs.

The girls, aged 12 and 14, were walking through a wooded area off Hopeville Avenue at 4pm on Thursday, January 9, when a man called out to them. When they saw him expose himself they ran off.

The heavily built man is aged between 40 and 50, 5ft 8in tall, with black collar length hair. He had a red jumper wrapped around his shoulders and wore a pair of black walking boots.

A police spokeswoman said: “It is possible that people using a nearby shop and doctors' surgery may have seen someone fitting this description."
