POLICE have released this image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the robbery of a Securicor guard.
The robbery happened in front of stunned witnesses on a busy street corner in Cliftonville, Margate, and one of the robbers shouted threats that he had a gun.
The security van had parked outside the HSBC on Northdown Road and the guard was inside the bank delivering cash.
Two men followed the guard in and one held the door open while the other snatched a bag of money.
The bag tore and the men fled holding an unknown quantity of cash.
The men ran from the bank and down Prices Avenue, where the getaway car was waiting.
The W-registration red people carrier went off down the avenue, almost leaving one of the robbers behind, who was left clinging on to the car.
Nobody was hut during the robbery.
The incident took place at around 2.40pm on June 2.
