Welling United battled back to snatch a last-gasp draw at Farnborough in Blue Square Bet South on Saturday.
The Wings fell behind on 21 minutes when Dale Binns scored and it could have been more before half-time.
However United were level just three minutes after the break when Lee Clarke converted from the spot.
The hosts went back ahead 20 minutes from time through James Smith but player-boss Jamie Day (pictured) snatched a point for the visitors in stoppage time.
The point kept Welling ahead of their promotion-rivals on goal difference.
