The father and son will appear at Maidstone Crown Court

Two men charged after a shooting in Greenhithe earlier this year are due back in court today.

Billy Nelson Smith, 24, of Moorhen Walk in Greenhithe and Billy Smith, 42, of Hillhouse Road in Stone are charged with grievous bodily harm with intent.

The father and son are expected to enter a plea at Maidstone Crown Court this afternoon.

The men were arrested after a 51-year-old man was shot in the head and stomach on August 1.
