Some 46 houses made up of a range of two-, three-, four- and five-bedrooms have been unveiled by Taylor Wimpey at Kings Hill.
The Taylor Wimpey development, known as The Keep, was launched at the beginning of this month and plots are already being reserved.
Set in 800 acres of landscaped parkland, Kings Hill, near West Malling, was established in 1989 and will eventually have 2,500 homes.
Tina Westlake, regional sales manager for Taylor Wimpey, said: "A new community established just over 20 years ago, Kings Hill has proved to be a huge hit with homebuyers who adore the combination of fantastic facilities on their doorstep in a beautiful rural location, close to major road and rail links.
"Now Kings Hill is set to become totally irresistible to homebuyers thanks to our stylish portfolio of maintenance-free properties, which represent excellent value in such a sought-after location."
At the heart of Kings Hill is the Liberty Square retail centre, offering a choice of three restaurants, an Asda supermarket, a coffee shop, a pharmacy, a hairdressing salon, a vet, an opticians, a dental clinic, a sandwich bar and a pub. The village also has its own doctors' surgery and community centre.
Prices start from £235,000.
