Emergency services were called to an accident on Monday morning at the Yorkletts turnoff of the Thanet Way.
It happened on the London-bound carriageway just after 9am.
One vehicle collided with a crash barrier. No one was hurt.
Fire crews from Whitstable and Faversham attended.
