Firefighters aid woman on their doorstep

FIREFIGHTERS went to the aid of an elderly woman who slipped outside their station at Orpington early today.

The woman fell and cut her head just before 6am. Aftrer being helped by the fire-fighters she was taken to the Princess Royal University Hospital in Farnborough.
