First-time buyers will need to hurry to take advantage of a helping hand on to the property ladder at Taylor Wimpey’s Millers Court development in Canterbury.

The final few apartments available with the government-backed FirstBuy initiative are now for sale at the development and will make a perfect first home.

Under the scheme, first-time buyers can grab a 20% loan, interest free for five years, on properties including the spacious Plot 5 two-bedroom Bay Court apartment, full purchase price £159,750. So, if you can find a deposit of £7,988 and a mortgage for the remaining 75% of the purchase price, you could be moving in.

To be eligible, purchasers must be first-time buyers and their total household earnings should be less than £60,000.

To find out more, visit the sales and marketing suite, located in George Roche Road, off Nunnery Fields, Canterbury and open daily from 10am to 5pm. See www.taylorwimpey.co.uk or ring the sales executive on 0845 071 4858.
