The death of a young man who was discovered at the foot of a flag pole in his parents' garden was an accident an inquest has found.
Conrad Wells, 30, from Minster, died after a night out with his girlfriend in July last year.
His body was discovered crouched next to a flag pole by his mother Christina Wells.
He had the cord of a dressing gown caught around the back of his neck. A post-mortem examination showed he died from suspension.
It is uncertain what happened before he died.
Recording a verdict of accidental death yesterday (Thursday) Mid Kent Coroner Roger Sykes said: "I have not found this an easy case to determine."
