A flashing dog-walker is being hunted after exposing himself to a woman.

The victim was targeted by the man, in his late 60s, on a footbridge in Tonbridge yesterday.

As she approached him, he exposed himself to her and made a suggestive comment.

The victim walked away and was not touched by the man.

Kent Police is now appealing for witnesses after the incident, which happened on the footbridge between Turner Road and Hopgarden Road at about 4.45pm.

The man is described as white, about 6ft, very skinny, pale and wrinkly.

He was wearing a knee-length beige raincoat, a dark chequered flat cap, dark ankle boots and circular glasses. He did not appear to be wearing any trousers.

The dog he was with has been described as a lurcher, four foot tall and with long, wiry black hair.

Anyone who recognises the man from the description or who witnessed the incident is asked to phone police in Tonbridge on 01732 379298 or Kent Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
