Haynes Ford in Maidstone has won an award for its customer service.
The dealer's new car sales and administration team took home the 2009 Ford Motor Company Chairman's Award from a ceremony in Bath.
As well as their high customer satisfaction rankings, the team satisfied the other criteria for the award, with their high sales market share.
Managing director Andrew Haynes said: "As a 200-year-old family business, we have always placed a very high priority on providing outstanding customer service, and it is fantastic for the company that this has been recognised by Ford Motor Company, particularly in such a challenging year for our industry."
