A former Gillingham footballer has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman in a bar.

Marlon King, who now plays for Hull City, voluntarily attended a police station in central London yesterday.

He is accused of assaulting a 20-year-old woman at the Soho Revue Bar in London's West End on Sunday.
