Mark Stimson takes his Gillingham side to Brighton tonight looking for theirfirst away win of the season.
Brighton, who will line up with former Gills skipper Andrew Crofts in the team, sit fourth from bottom and without a win from their last four games.
Stimson (pictured), said: " beat Wycombe 3-2 at Priestfield on Saturday, who saw his side We want to do better away from home. The only way we’ll do that is by going there and putting in a shift.
"The boys are desperate to do better away from home. We’ll go there with a formation that hopefully will make us more solid and catch them on the break.
"Our home form is probably in the top three or four in the league but the away form is probably in the bottom four, so we need to try and get that medium.
"I’m a bit surprised Brighton have done so poorly so far because they signed a few good players in the close season."
