The win last weekend was fantastic for us but not good news for the rest.

While we picked up three points, the wintry weather meant many teams were without a game.

That may now mean they have a game in hand and could close the gap but I would rather have the points.

All of the teams below us who now have games in hand have added pressure because they have got to win those games. Those games now become
must-win.

Next stop for us is Fleetwood tomorrow (Saturday) and it will be the first time Gillingham have visited the club in the Football League but not the first for me.

I went there a couple of years ago when I was at Cambridge and they have lovely facilities. They have good backers, the chairman is a wealthy man, an astute businessman.

He loves his football and his dream was to take over Fleetwood and compete with Blackpool down the line and he is getting there. He has put together the foundations and secured their place in the Football League.

They are in a good position. They are competitive and another side who have a good mix of youth and experience. It will be a difficult game, just like it will be on Easter Monday when Rotherham visit Priestfield.
