Mark Stimson’s backroom staff have departed Gillingham in the wake of the manager’s exit on Monday.
Assistant manager Scott Barrett leaves after working with Stimson throughout his tenure. The pair had formed a winning partnership previously with Grays and Stevenage Borough.
Mark Robson, who had previously worked at Charlton, also leaves his role as first team coach with immediate effect.
Robson never hidden his desire to one day manage at league level and he could be among the candidates to replace Stimson.
