John Nutter will be gunning for maximum points against his old club on Tuesday.
The Gillingham left-back spent three years as a semi-professional at Aldershot, having dropped out of full-time football 10 years ago, but he’s determined to show the home crowd how he’s bounced back.
Nutter (pictured), who made his 150th Gills appearance at the weekend, knows it won’t be an easy fixture.
"I don’t live too far from them and I know the club quite well," he said.
"I know they will be desperate to get some points but I’m looking forward to going back and I’ll be trying to go for a win.
"I am expecting a really tough game there. They were beaten at home (on Saturday) and I know their manager will have them right up for the game.

"They are beatable and we need to go up there with the same attitude that we showed on Saturday and try to get three points."
Nutter, who served his football apprenticeship at Blackburn, spent a brief period at Wycombe before dropping out of the professional game to play for the Shots in the Ryman League.
He worked in a hotel gym to earn a living, getting to work at 5.30am every morning.
"It makes me appreciate how lucky I am to be a professional football," he said. "It was my first time in semi-professional football and it was quite a shock."
