Josh Gowling has expressed a desire to extend his current loan spell with Gillingham’s League 2 rivals Lincoln.
Gowling joined Lincoln on an initial one-month deal at the end of October but the 26-year-old seems keen to extend it.
"I’m enjoying it here and if I’m playing regularly, I want to stay," the 26-year-old told BBC Radio Lincolnshire.
Gowling helped Lincoln through to the second round of the FA Cup with a 1-0 win over Nuneaton. Former Gills man Albert Jarrett scored the winner.
