Gillingham fans have overwhelmed the club's ticket office
by Luke Cawdell
Gillingham have extended their April deadline for ticket purchases due to overwhelming demand.
The club’s ticket office has been swamped with fans taking advantage of April’s reduced season ticket prices as well as buying tickets for the trip to Rochdale on Saturday and the home leg of the play-off semi-final.
Fans now have until 1pm on Saturday to make their season ticket purchases at the lower April rate.
Tickets for the forthcoming play-off home leg are on general sale from Sunday.
Season ticket holders have until 1pm on Saturday to purchase their two ticket allocation for the match. The remaining tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Tickets for the play-off away leg will go on sale to season ticket holders from 9am to 1pm on Monday and from 9am to 5pm on Tuesday.
Any remaining tickets will be sold from 9am on Wednesday.
The dates for the home and the away leg will be decided after Saturday’s game at Rochdale, with games on Thursday (May 7) evening and the following Sunday (6.30 kick-off).
