Gillingham players will be given the red carpet treatment on Tuesday night when they attend the premiere of a film about a group of Blues fans.
The team will be among the guests when The Shouting Men is screened for the first time at London's Leicester Square cinema.
The film, which takes its title from the Gillingham FC motto Home of the Shouting Men, is about a group of Gills fans who decide to make the long journey north to watch their beloved team take on Newcastle United in the quarter finals of the FA Cup.
While queuing to buy tickets for the match, they meet wheelchair-bound fan Terry, who offers them with free fuel and minibus hire for the weekend on the condition they take him with them.
Assuming Terry's presence to be nothing more than a minor inconvenience when compared to his generous offer, the pals agree to have him along, only to discover there is more to their companion than meets the eye.
Terry proves to be just one of the many hindrances the group must overcome if they are to make it to the game.
The comedy, which has been labelled a road movie as much as a football movie, stars British actors Dudley Sutton, Tony Denham and Craig Fairbrass.
It also features cameo appearances from a variety of well-known faces from the football world including former Gillingham manager Andy Hessenthaler and England legends John Barnes and Peter Beardsley.
Partly shot in Gillingham, the film was written by Matt Daniel-Baker and Warren Llambias, who also take on two of the leading characters.
Warren said: "The Shouting Men perfectly captures the inane but hilarious banter of footie fans.
"If it seems that football films are always about football violence this is a welcome and very funny look at the beautiful game - a real comedy for real football fans."
The Shouting Men will be screened at selected cinemas around the UK, including the Showcase cinema at Bluewater, from Friday.
