Gillingham go in search of their first consecutive League 1 victories since early September when they host Leyton Orient tonight.
The Gills beat Exeter and Millwall in successive fixtures early on in the season and after returning to winning ways on Saturday Gillingham have a good chance of achieving that feat again.
Boss Mark Stimson may be forced into changes after Curtis Weston went off against Bristol Rovers with a shin injury and illness restricted Kevin Maher to less than an hour.
Rene Howe returned at the weekend following a dead leg which had kept him out of the previous three games but Simeon Jackson will now be vying to replace the on-loan forward after his match-winning performance.
Wingers Dennis Oli and Andy Barcham will also be hoping for a recall but with Stimson expected to continue with a diamond formation in midfield he may leave the pair on the bench.
Leyton Orient sit two places and three points above the Gills and Stimson is expecting his defence to face a sterner test than against Rovers.
Stimson said: "It will be a different kind of game against Orient. They will set up a different way and they are quite attacking in what they do.
"We’re desperate for this club to stay at this level and we are all trying our hardest."
