Gillingham are without a game this weekend after their match at York was postponed.
An early morning pitch inspection at York City’s Bootham Crescent on Saturday led to the game’s cancelation.
A York statement said: “After heavy rain overnight, the pitch is now waterlogged and deemed unplayable by the match official.”
Heavy rain has been forecast for the whole of Saturday.
Gillingham are next due in action against against Barnet at Priestfield on Boxing Day (1pm KO).
