Award-winning Hillreed Homes is the developer and five, three and four-bedroom detached houses have been given planning consent by Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council.

“The housing market this year is really flying,” says Jo Richards, Hillreed’s head of sales and marketing. “We have increased our output to satisfy the growing number of home buyers.”

Prices for the new homes at Yates Court will be released later this year.

The properties are being marketed at the developer’s suite at Cathcart Gate, Kings Hill, West Malling, which is open seven days a week.
