Dogs and their owners are invited to take part in a sponsored Mutt Strut in aid of the RSPCA’s East Kent Animal Centre.

It will take place on Sunday, September 14, from the Minnis Bay Cafe, Minnis Bay, Birchington with a 10.30am start.

The walk will be about four miles and take between one and two hours.

It will follow the seawall, go around Plum Pudding Island and back to the cafe, combining countryside and sea.

Wheelchair users can participate if they stick to the seawall.

More information and sponsor forms are available from the centre in Queensdown Road, Woodchurch, near Birchington. Call 01843 826180 for more information.
