Alice Reynolds is not one to sit back in her retirement with a
cup of cocoa and a crossword.

In fact, at the grand old age of 93, the Erith woman is penning
her second book - and she only started writing in her nineties!

Now she's promising a real trip down memory lane - and a view of
life spanning nine decades.

Reporter Ruth Banks found out what keeps Alice - whose first
book was for arthritis sufferers - so young.
