Guitars stolen from church stage

THIEVES stole musical instruments worth around £2,600 from a Kent church.

Three electric guitars that had been left on the stage at Broadmead Church, Broadmead, Tunbridge Wells were taken by burglars who got in through an insecure window between 7.30pm on Tuesday and 7am on Wednesday.

The intruments were: a red and brown Fender Telecaster, a blue Ernieball Musicman Base and a red Gibson Sg.

Police say the guitars might be offered for sale in the area.
