Residents at Holborough Lakes - Berkeley Homes Capital flagship development in Kent - will soon have a gym right on their doorstep.
The new gym, which is being built and is due to open in September, will occupy a 1,500 sq ft space on the ground floor of a new, custom-built building.
It will be fully equipped with state-of-the-art Star Trac weight training and cardio vascular fitness equipment and Raw Corporate Health will provide qualified trainers to run gym inductions for users.
It will be available for residents to use and open from 6am to 10pm daily.
Holborough Lakes is a tranquil haven close to Snodland on the edge of the North Downs.
Its range of one and two-bedroom flats and three and four-bedroom houses are all set in landscaped grounds with two freshwater lakes. The lakes are professionally managed offering leisure activities including diving, fishing and kayaking.

For those looking to exercise in the great outdoors, Berkeley Homes is creating a trail around the lake. This will offer a network of fixed timber and metal equipment to test strength and stamina, from stepping blocks and benches to climbing frames and rope ladders, all in an attractive open air setting.
There will also be a network of cycle paths in the surrounding woods and green spaces.
