Cameras equipped to the internet giant's Street View car have been snapping away for the past 12 months and the result - a 360 degree of almost every street in the UK - was unveiled last week.
Thanet residents and tourists can now take a virtual drive across the isle, taking in sights such as the Royal Harbour at Ramsgate, the Margate Harbour Arm and Viking Bay, Broadstairs.
Hundreds of people and thousands of vehicles have been pictured by the roving cameras, although faces and number plates have been blurred out.
Web users can also explore some of the country's top tourist attractions such as Stonehenge, the Eden Project and Warwick Castle, which were photographed by Google's three-wheeled off-road bike last year.
