A missing teenager has prompted "concerned" police bosses to call for the public's help in tracing her.

Casey McCloud, 16, was last seen around 3.30pm on Sunday in Reading Town Centre - she has close connections to Kent.

White, 5ft 5ins tall of medium build, Casey has brown medium length hair with blue eyes.

It’s thought Casey is wearing light blue jeans, white trainers, a white t-shirt, a white and grey scarf along with a grey hooded sweater.

Inspector John Yallop based at Newbury police station, said: “We are appealing for the public’s help in tracing Casey as we are concerned for her welfare.

“If anyone thinks they’ve seen Casey or has information about where she could be, please contact the police.

“Casey, if you see this, please get in contact. You are not in any trouble, but we do need to find out where you are to make sure you are safe."

Thames Valley Police passed its appeal Kent Police in a bid to the girl the Reading girl.
