However, for anyone receiving the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance or the War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement, getting back on the road is easy and affordable with the UK’s Motability scheme.

The scheme offers anyone who receives these benefits the opportunity to drive or be driven in a new car complete with road tax, insurance, servicing, replacement tyres and breakdown cover for three years.

In addition to this, Dagenham Motors in Strood is donating £25 from the sale of every car bought through the Motability scheme to the Help For Heroes charity.
