A Kent pensioner who took the internet by storm after hilarious footage of her using a face swap app was posted online has spoken of her new-found fame.

The video shows Sheila Watts in fits of giggles as her face is transformed into celebrities including Beyonce and Marilyn Monroe.

The hysterical clip was posted on Facebook by her granddaughter Charlie, and has since been viewed 3 million times.

Speaking to Garry and Emma on kmfm Breakfast this morning, Sheila said: "We were in the kitchen and Charlie went 'oh look at this, nan'.

"I said that 'lady's got my top on. She's got my scarf Charlie!' And then she put my face on it and I said 'Oh my god' and we just sat there laughing."

She also revealed her granddaughter had promised not to share the video.

She said: "I went 'you won't do anything with that Charlie, will you?' She said 'No nan I promise!'"

Sheila also explained she's not the most tech-savvy person, adding: "I'm an old girl. I've got nothing like that. I'd rather make a dress than mess about with that.

"I have got a phone but I can't find it!"
