Hillreed Homes has been granted planning permission for five detached houses at Spring Head Road, Kemsing, near Borough Green.

"This is an excellent, semi rural location, within easy reach of commuter trains at nearby Otford and Sevenoaks stations," said Jo Richards, marketing and corporate manager at Hillreed Homes.

Building is expected to start this autumn.
