Heads will roll if home hunters don't snap up the last two apartments in Boleyn Court.
The development in Brompton is hosting an open day on Saturday November 6 between 10am and 3pm.
The remaining two homes at Boleyn Court are a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom apartment.
These bright, spacious homes feature a fitted kitchen with oven, hob and washer dryer, contemporary carpet, neutral decor and underground parking.
This is a unique opportunity to buy a new home in Brompton under the Government-backed New Build HomeBuy scheme.
Under the New Build HomeBuy scheme buyers take a share of the property usually, but not always, with a mortgage and rent the remaining share at a discounted rate.
They can then buy additional shares in the future until they own the property outright. On these properties, prices start from £42,000 for a 40 per cent share.
Staff from Orbit Homes will be on hand during the event to show visitors around the homes, and those interested in coming along are asked to book an appointment by calling Orbit Homes on 01622 633241. There will also be an Independent Financial Advisor on hand for anyone wanting to find out about their eligibility to purchase one of the homes.
Sales and marketing manager, Diane Webster, said: "This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for an affordable home in the Brompton area to view these two remaining homes on the stylish Boleyn Court development.
"Affordable homes in the area are difficult to find, so we would urge people to come along on the day so that they don’t miss out. If you have an annual household income of less than £60,000 and are in need of an affordable home in the area this could be the house for you."
