Only a few properties remain for sale at Taylor Wimpey's sought-after The Pastures development in Hoo St Werburgh, near Rochester.

Some 94 per cent of the development is now sold, said Mark Pajak, of Taylor Wimpey.

The homes remaining include three-bedroom townhouses starting at £174,995, four-bedroom houses from £224,995 and the five-bedroom Pevensey is priced from £349,995.

Homes at The Pastures are set around a green with a duck pond and have Hoo's village amenities on the doorstep including a parish church, recreation grounds, schools and a choice of pubs.

Hoo Common and the marina offer opportunities for walking, cycling and boating.

Mark said: "The homes at The Pastures have it all - superb quality in a peaceful village location within easy reach of motorway and rail links.

"It's no surprise they've been selling fast and anyone hoping to take advantage of the amazing lifestyle opportunities on offer at The Pastures will need to hurry if they want to avoid missing out on their dream home."
