So how do you get yourself out of a tight spot like this?
Let your tyres down of course.
It was the only solution when this lorry got wedged underneath a railway bridge in Bryant Road, Strood, this morning.
Police sealed off the road at about 10.15am and after taking advice the patrols finally agreed the tyres had to be deflated to free the vehicle.
Network Rail inspectors were called to the scene and lines closed for 25 minutes whilst they inspected the bridge. Luckily no structural damage was found.
The rail lines were re-opened at 10.40am and the road at 11.20am.
