Free and discounted family days out are on offer to households this half term thanks to a popular scheme being relaunched by The National Lottery.
Players will be able to exchange their £2 Lotto ticket for up to £25 off admission to a top attraction, with the deals also available for this month's half term break.
The promotion offers savvy savers keen to treat the kids in the upcoming school holiday to a fantastic outing, which can be booked through Visit Britain.
Alongside recognising the amount of money The National Lottery raises for good causes each year, the event also throws its support behind the UK's domestic tourist industry, which has been hit hard in the past two years by the pandemic and significant reductions in visitor numbers.
Vouchers can be used to visit attractions close to home or be used to explore places to visit further afield for those embarking on a few days away within the UK in the coming weeks.
Attractions across the country taking part include football stadiums offering talks and tours, zoos and wild animal parks and SEALife centres alongside activity centres and numerous museums, stately homes and other historical places to visit.
And for those families considering a trip to the capital - a raft of London attractions are also joining in with money-off options for Lotto players.
The London Dungeon, Madame Tussauds and Shrek's Adventure all have available offers as does ZSL London Zoo.
How to claim...
The promotion is open to players with Lotto tickets bought on or after October 1, 2021.
To swap your Lotto ticket for £25 of money-off vouchers, simply head to The National Lottery Days Out and Visit Britain website here where you will be asked to input your Lotto ticket's unique 19-digit number and an email address in return for your days out discount voucher.
You can then use your voucher to purchase attraction tickets through the Visit Britain virtual shop where your £25 discount code will then be applied at the checkout to the cost of the tickets or day out that you've chosen.
Hundreds of thousands of vouchers are available but players must use their discount for a visit before March 31 this year.
