A KENT school became a haven for grown-up boys and girls at the weekend as the fourth annual model railway show attracted hundreds of visitors.

People arrived at Rainham Mark School from as far afield as America to show off their prized possessions at the Medway Model Railway Show.

Organiser David Dash had arranged for more than 30 exhibitors to be present in four big halls. Mr Dash said individuals and groups joined in the fun. There was something for everybody, boats as well as trains.
