POLICE are appealing for witnesses after two sexual assaults by a teenage boy on a bicycle in Ramsgate.

The first assault took place when an 18-year-old woman was walking along St Lukes Avenue, at about 9am on August 19.

A boy on a bike rode up to her and touched her backside.

The second victim was a 22-year-old woman who was at the junction of Ramsgate and College roads on her way to work.

A boy on a bicycyke rode towards her and touched her chest.

In both cases the boy has been described as white with blonde hair, aged between 14 and 15, and of small or slim build.
