THE husband of a heavily pregnant Moroccan woman whose body was found last month at Dene Park at Shipbourne, near Tonbridge, today appeared in court charged with her murder.

Self-employed company director David Patrick Cullinane, 34, of The Rectory, Rectory Close, Colchester, Essex, appeared before magistrates at Tunbridge Wells.

Brian Simpson, prosecuting, said it was alleged that Mr Cullinane had murdered 27-year-old Soumia Es Semryry Cullinane. Her body was found on March 16.

The magistrates remanded Mr Cullinane in custody for trial at Maidstone Crown Court at a date to be fixed. An application for bail was refused. Reporting restrictions were not lifted.
