Kent developer Hillreed Homes is offering a whole list of useful incentives and helpful ways to assist would-be buyers.

Jo Richards, marketing and corporate manager at Hillreed Homes, whose new homes include Highland Park, Green Fields Lane, Ashford, believes that with property prices rising gently month on month, buying now makes economical sense, saying: "If the rising cost of homes continues, by next summer property prices will be substantially higher.

"We are currently offering our annual summer discounts, but there are other helpful ways to purchase, including 10 per cent equity share and 90 per cent mortgages being available."
