We're on the lookout for determined and incredible children deserving of very special awards - and we need you to tell us about them.
Kent's Children's Awards are back for another year and the nomination period to find this year's tribe of brave and inspiring youngsters has now opened.
No child should ever have to face adversity, illness or disability. But these awards, organised by estate agent Wards and supported by the KM Group and Kent Community Foundation, are held to recognise and celebrate the incredible efforts and achievements of these children, their families and the organisations and charities which support them.
The ceremony itself will take place later in the autumn and after last year's virtual event because of the pandemic, organisers are hopeful this year's big bash full of entertainment, fancy dress and special prizes, will be able to go ahead in person.
The event has been given a fairy tale theme and with children at the very heart of it, the special lunch and presentation is a unique occasion that gives families memories to treasure forever.
But ahead of those celebrations, judges are on the lookout for individuals and charities for the awards' six categories which make up this year's event.
From children who have triumphed over adversity, to exceptional young carers and fundraisers, we want to be told about them all.
We also want to hear about those who have achieved in music, sport or the arts or courageous families which are enduring illness or disability.
You can nominate a child, family or charity that you believe is truly deserving online by clicking here and the process is quick and easy.
Alternatively if you wish to write and tell us about someone you know and post a nomination form to the judging panel, these will be available in our paid-for KM Group newspapers this week.
