Joe Denly has been named in England's one-day squad for the winter tour of South Africa but has failed to make the Test squad.
The 23-year-old Kent opener was named in the 16-man squad for the five 50-over-match series and two Twenty20 internationals.
In August, Denly was called up to the England squad for the one-day series against Australia and made his debut in the one-day match against Ireland on August 27, opening the innings and top-scoring with 67.
He made a less auspicious start to life in international Twenty20 cricket by making a first ball duck against Australia on August 30.
The England squad will arrive in South Africa on November 1 before three warm-up matches.
Twenty20 internationals will be held in Johannesburg on November 13 and Centurion two days later while the first one-day international will take place in Johannesburg on November 20.
Centurion will host the second international on November 22, Cape Town will host the third match on November 27, the fourth clash will be on November 29 in Port Elizabeth while the final match will take place in Durban on December 4.
The four-match Test series takes place between December 16 and January 18.
