Joe Cawse celebrates his eighth birthday on Saturday.

But the best present he could get is not a bike or a new computer game.

Joe, from Barming, is one of only a handful of children in the UK to suffer from an extremely rare form of leukaemia.

And he needs a bone marrow transplant to give him hope for the future.
